Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund or credit.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
